- 20% restocking fee on non-defective for rugs 8' x 10' and larger
- Customer is responsible for return shipping fees on non defective items
Return Process

Save your original packing material (if possible ) it will make shipping your rug back easier.

Email : service@bluehandhome.com for Return Authorization
- Include: Name / Order Number / Item (s) you would like to return / photo of item(s) if defective
- Include reason for exchange or return and if you would prefer exchange or return.
Returning Damaged Rug

Return / Exchange requests for damaged rugs must be received within 7 days of delivery.

A pre-paid return label will be provided to ship item rug back
- Once your rug is packed, contact us so we can arrange for pick up. (FedEx)
- Allow 7-10 days after item has been picked up to process refund
Returning a Non-Defective Rug

Return/Exchange requests for non-defective items must be received within 14 days of delivery.

Once you have received your Return Automation and shipped your return/exchange, please contact service@bluehandhome and provide your return tracking information.

Customer is responsible for the return shipping fees on non defective item(s).
- Outbound shipping cost(s) and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund
- Allow 7-10 days after pick up to process return.
