We are happy to provide store credit or refund see below for guidelines
-Â In Store Purchases:Â 7 days of purchase store credit only
-Â Online Purchases: 14 days of receiving your item
-Â Store credit or refund, minus shipping
-Â Any applicable restocking fees ( see rugs restocking fees below )
-Â In-store purchasesÂ
-Â $9.95 fee will be charged for a return label on smaller items. Soiled or used items will be refused and returned at your expense.
Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
- Furniture, lighting, art, sale items, and monogrammed items Â
- Custom or special orders
- Items worn or used are not eligible for return.
Rug Returns
-Â 14 days of delivery.
-Â 10% restocking fee on non-defective rug returns for sizes under 8x10'
-Â 20% restocking fee for non-defective rugs 8' x 10' and larger.
-Â Customers are responsible for return shipping fees on non-defective items.

Changes & Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 48 hours or before the order has shipped.

- We strive to price items accurately, but in rare cases, discrepancies or discontinued items may occur.
- We reserve the right to adjust prices or cancel orders.Â
- You will be notified of any price changes before finalizing your order.
