- In Store Purchases: 7 days of purchase store credit only
- Online Purchases: 14 days of receiving your item
- Store credit or refund, minus shipping
- Any applicable restocking fees ( see rugs restocking fees below )

- $9.95 fee will be charged for a return label on smaller items. Soiled or used items will be refused and returned at your expense.
- Furniture, lighting, art, sale items, and monogrammed items
- Custom or special orders
- Items worn or used are not eligible for return.
- 14 days of delivery.
- 10% restocking fee on non-defective rug returns for sizes under 8x10'
- 20% restocking fee for non-defective rugs 8' x 10' and larger.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping fees on non-defective items.
