- Please allow approximately 3-4 weeks for in-stock furniture delivery.

- Production times vary per vendor. Check the product page for each vendor's lead time.
- Production time does not include the time required for delivery.

Delivery Options

Free Delivery Includes

- Orders over $1500 qualify for free delivery.
- Orders under $1500 require in-store pickup or are subject to delivery fees.
- Curbside only.
- Delivery company will contact you directly to set up delivery.
- If the order is over 100 lbs, a lift gate will be included.
- The item(s) will be left in its packaging.
- No assembly.

Inspect packing for apparent damage such as punctured or damaged boxes. If seen, note it on the receiving paperwork. Inspect each piece carefully, as no damage claims can be made after delivery.

If your order is over 100 lbs, or if you live in an apartment building or have other entry logistical challenges, we strongly suggest upgrading to White Glove Delivery. The service is worth it! We will not be responsible for items left outside if you choose free delivery.

White Glove Delivery (No Assembly) - Additional $200

- Bringing the shipment to a room inside your home.

- Can be carried up two flights of stairs (4-15 steps per flight) or in an elevator.
- Packaging will be removed and disposed of. No assembly is included.
- Inspect each piece carefully, as no damage claims can be made after delivery.

White Glove Delivery With Assembly - Additional $300

- Delivery includes bringing the shipment to a room inside your home.

- The item can be carried up two flights of stairs (4-15 steps per flight) or in an elevator.
- Packaging will be removed and disposed of. The delivery team will assemble your item.
- Inspect each piece carefully, as no damage claims can be made after delivery.

Express Delivery

- Average transit time is 3-6 days.
- Express Delivery is available with select vendors.

States, Territories, and International Destinations Requiring Shipping Quotes

Alaska, North Dakota, South Dakota, Montana, Wyoming, Nebraska, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Hawaii, U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories and islands, and all international destinations.

Notification of Your Delivery

- Once your shipment is in transit and arrives in your local area, a representative from our delivery partner will contact you to schedule a 2-4 hour delivery window.

- Delivery may require up to 30 days depending on your order and location.
- Our delivery partners do their best to provide an accurate delivery time and date, but unforeseen events may cause delays.

- If your order needs to be carried up more than 30 steps, or if you live on an island or have other challenging delivery concerns, please advise us when placing your order so we can prepare our delivery partners. Additional charges may apply.

- Delivery companies vary depending on item type and service selected.

Tips for Receiving Your Delivery

For White Glove Delivery:

- Inspect your order while the delivery partner is still present. If there are any issues, call us immediately at 910-509-0088.

- If you are not able to contact us for any reason, either refuse the delivery or note the damages and condition of the packing materials on the bill of lading before signing for the delivery.

For Free Delivery:

- If you are not able to inspect the items completely before the delivery driver leaves, you have 48 hours to notify us.

- Please save your packing material if possible.
- We'll need photos of the damage to the items and the packing materials.
- Email photos and a brief description of the damage to: service@bluehandhome.com.

Minor Damage – You may accept delivery and note the damage on the bill of lading. Either a touch-up kit will be sent to you or a professional furniture medic will be arranged to repair the damage. If you choose to accept a damaged item, please retain all packaging to assist in the claim with the freight company.

Major Damage – Please refuse delivery. The freight company reserves the right to repair the piece. If the vendor and freight carrier determine the piece is beyond repair, we'll either refund your entire purchase price or expedite a replacement to you.

Notes about Production & Delivery

We do our best to provide accurate information, but factors beyond our control may affect lead times. We will notify you as soon as possible if your order is affected.

- All shipping and delivery times are estimates subject to vendor availability and production lead times.

- If your item(s) is back-ordered or will require additional production time, we will contact you with a revised ETA, giving you the opportunity to decide whether to keep or cancel the order.

- Manufacturers occasionally require additional production time. We will alert you if this occurs. If the item is delayed but in production, it cannot be canceled.
